This website is operated by WAGORA. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to WAGORA. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

Products, descriptions and colors

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and sizes may vary a little. Our products are pet accessories for everyday use and are not veterinary or medical devices. Always follow the instructions on the product page, supervise your pet when using any product, and stop using it if your pet seems uncomfortable.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time. Prices shown at checkout at the time you place your order are the prices you pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other payment providers available at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

Orders and cancellations

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot deliver to. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping and returns

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and exchanges are described in our Refund Policy.

Discounts

Quantity discounts (for example, Buy 2 save 15% and Buy 3 save 20%) and discount codes can be changed or withdrawn at any time and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated. Quantity discounts are applied automatically in your cart when the quantity requirements are met.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to WAGORA or its licensors and cannot be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WAGORA is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
